Where are you located?
We are in Raleigh, NC and often work in the surrounding Triangle area. We love to travel and are willing to for your event depending on availability.
This may require additional fees.
Do you have a price list?
Because of the varied scope of most work, we do prefer to give custom quotes for every project. Our minimum for delivery is $1000 during peak season (April-June and September-December).
Let's do this! How do we book our date?
Please fill out our contact form and we will set-up a phone consultation. After that call we will send over a proposal. Once that is approved e require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date upon booking. The remainder will be due 30 days prior to your event. If booking within 30 days, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.
Do you do corporate events?
We love all events! Whether it is a corporate event, baby shower, bridal shower, engagement party, birthday party, charity gala, wedding or anything in between, we want to help make it stand out!
What happens if my rental is damaged?
We include fees for minor damages in your full quote because things happen. If the piece is damaged beyond a reasonable measure you will be sent an invoice for the cost required repairs or replacements.
Do I get to keep my custom build?
While any custom project is made with you in mind we do require return of all products (excluding paper-goods and custom acrylic). We will often reuse materials and base structures for future projects, and loss of those materials is not factored into the original quote. Please let us know if you would like to factor this in.
Can my rentals be outdoors?
While we do prefer that all of our rentals stay covered (either indoors or under a tent) we understand that some of your event activities may take place outdoors. Please let us know if this is the case and we will work to come up with a plan that fits your needs.
